把(ba)“職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)之家”建(jian)(jian)起(qi)來。長(chang)虹控(kong)股(gu)(gu)集(ji)團工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)專門成(cheng)(cheng)立職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)之家建(jian)(jian)設項目(mu)組,經(jing)過專業(ye)團隊科學策(ce)劃(hua)、與兄弟工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)單位交流學習、邀請(qing)分(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)參與項目(mu)討論等,形成(cheng)(cheng)智能(neng)制造產(chan)業(ye)園職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)之家建(jian)(jian)設規(gui)劃(hua)方案。在(zai)厲行節約(yue)的(de)基(ji)礎(chu)上,力求建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)之家不(bu)僅在(zai)功能(neng)上滿足職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)多(duo)樣化需(xu)求,更能(neng)提供全方位服(fu)務(wu)。通過召(zhao)開專題會(hui)議、職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)代(dai)表大會(hui),長(chang)虹控(kong)股(gu)(gu)集(ji)團最終決定在(zai)園區(qu)擠出7588平方米的(de)四處場(chang)地建(jian)(jian)設長(chang)虹職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)之家,其建(jian)(jian)筑用房由公司行政(zheng)支出建(jian)(jian)設,建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)后(hou)場(chang)館二(er)級裝修和(he)設備設施采(cai)購由工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)經(jing)費支出。省總(zong)和(he)市總(zong)得知后(hou)給予(yu)高度重視和(he)支持,分(fen)別各給予(yu)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)之家建(jian)(jian)設專項資金12萬元。
經過三(san)個月連續施工作業,長虹(hong)(hong)智能(neng)制造(zao)產業園職(zhi)工之(zhi)(zhi)家精彩呈現(xian)。它(ta)由三(san)個室(shi)內場(chang)(chang)館(guan)和一(yi)處室(shi)外場(chang)(chang)地組成,一(yi)號(hao)場(chang)(chang)館(guan)為長虹(hong)(hong)職(zhi)工之(zhi)(zhi)家(室(shi)內場(chang)(chang)館(guan))1952平方(fang)米(mi),二號(hao)場(chang)(chang)館(guan)為長虹(hong)(hong)職(zhi)工活(huo)動中心(室(shi)內場(chang)(chang)館(guan)+室(shi)外場(chang)(chang)地)4116平方(fang)米(mi),三(san)號(hao)場(chang)(chang)館(guan)為長虹(hong)(hong)職(zhi)工休閑館(guan)(室(shi)內場(chang)(chang)館(guan))1520平方(fang)米(mi)。各場(chang)(chang)館(guan)在功能(neng)定位(wei)(wei)上既各具特色又互為補(bu)充,能(neng)同時滿足職(zhi)工個人和單位(wei)(wei)團(tuan)隊建設的不同服務需求。

多(duo)年來,長虹控(kong)股集(ji)團黨委(wei)十分重視職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)思想政治工(gong)(gong)作,從(cong)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)心(xin)理(li)(li)關(guan)愛(ai)(ai)的(de)(de)細微入手(shou),自(zi)2012年啟動CH-EAP項目以來,探索(suo)思政工(gong)(gong)作在職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)心(xin)理(li)(li)健康(kang)建設中(zhong)的(de)(de)有效抓手(shou),在職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)中(zhong)組織(zhi)開(kai)展形式多(duo)樣的(de)(de)心(xin)理(li)(li)關(guan)愛(ai)(ai)服(fu)務,從(cong)而緩解職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)心(xin)理(li)(li)壓力(li),促進職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)心(xin)理(li)(li)健康(kang),為推動長虹改革(ge)轉型、高質量(liang)發(fa)展,充分發(fa)揮(hui)了工(gong)(gong)人階級主力(li)軍作用。

近幾年,EAP工作推進(jin)組(zu)累計為職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工提(ti)供“一(yi)對一(yi)”的心(xin)(xin)理(li)服務1000余(yu)(yu)次,發現并疏導心(xin)(xin)理(li)抑(yi)郁職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工100余(yu)(yu)名,對10余(yu)(yu)名有心(xin)(xin)理(li)極(ji)端傾向的職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工開展心(xin)(xin)理(li)干預、送醫院及(ji)時醫治。僅去年,開展心(xin)(xin)理(li)專家駐場咨詢活動(dong)17場,600余(yu)(yu)名班組(zu)長、基(ji)層管理(li)骨干參加職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)心(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)專題(ti)培(pei)訓。通過(guo)一(yi)系列(lie)務實舉措,培(pei)養了(le)(le)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工心(xin)(xin)理(li)健(jian)(jian)康(kang)服務團隊骨干,提(ti)高了(le)(le)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工心(xin)(xin)理(li)問(wen)題(ti)自我化解能力(li),遏制了(le)(le)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工個體乃至(zhi)群體心(xin)(xin)理(li)危機事件發生,改(gai)善(shan)了(le)(le)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)人本(ben)管理(li)氛圍,促進(jin)了(le)(le)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)和諧持續健(jian)(jian)康(kang)發展。

激發活力,引導(dao)女(nv)職(zhi)工建功立業(ye)。堅持每年(nian)組織(zhi)開(kai)展(zhan)百名(ming)優(you)秀女(nv)職(zhi)工評選活動,從研發、制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)、營銷(xiao)、服(fu)務(wu)等(deng)領域(yu),按照德、能、勤(qin)、績(ji)等(deng)方(fang)面評選先進女(nv)職(zhi)工,形成(cheng)人人爭(zheng)先創優(you)的良好(hao)氛(fen)圍。做(zuo)好(hao)精準服(fu)務(wu),關愛女(nv)職(zhi)工身心(xin)健康(kang),尤(you)其是(shi)孕產期(qi)女(nv)職(zhi)工,采取(qu)居(ju)家辦(ban)公模(mo)式(shi),得到了廣大員工一(yi)致好(hao)評。2022年(nian)組織(zhi)生產一(yi)線(xian)重點崗位女(nv)職(zhi)工1200名(ming)參(can)加全總AI婦科復檢,做(zuo)到早預防(fang)、早治(zhi)療;分片區舉(ju)辦(ban)女(nv)職(zhi)工專(zhuan)項健康(kang)知識講座,來自生產制(zhi)(zhi)造(zao)、營銷(xiao)服(fu)務(wu)等(deng)基層崗位的4000余名(ming)女(nv)職(zhi)工參(can)加聆聽;開(kai)展(zhan)女(nv)職(zhi)工“媽咪寶貝(bei)”專(zhuan)題講座,吸引了綿陽高新(xin)區兩中心(xin)正處于孕期(qi)、哺乳期(qi)的女(nv)職(zhi)工40余人參(can)加,更好(hao)地維護企業(ye)女(nv)職(zhi)工合法(fa)權益和特殊利益。
長虹(hong)女(nv)(nv)工(gong)委積(ji)極(ji)為(wei)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)辦實事解難題,首先(xian)從關心關愛(ai)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)子(zi)女(nv)(nv)健康成長,倡(chang)導和諧家(jia)(jia)庭理(li)念入手。2022年“六一”舉辦了“最美虹(hong)娃(wa)(wa)笑(xiao)臉”活動,參(can)與(yu)的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)子(zi)女(nv)(nv)3200余(yu)人;組織(zhi)500位職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)子(zi)女(nv)(nv)“走進長虹(hong)”去看看父(fu)母(mu)工(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)單位和崗位,開展職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)子(zi)女(nv)(nv)對父(fu)母(mu)的(de)(de)(de)感恩(en)教育,舉辦“最美虹(hong)娃(wa)(wa)笑(xiao)臉”“虹(hong)娃(wa)(wa)手工(gong)創意(yi)作品(pin)征(zheng)集”等展示女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)家(jia)(jia)庭的(de)(de)(de)風采,營(ying)造良好家(jia)(jia)風,構建(jian)和諧家(jia)(jia)庭。利(li)用長虹(hong)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)電子(zi)書屋,開展“玫瑰書香·閱享生活”線上讀書活動,參(can)與(yu)女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)4200余(yu)人,提升(sheng)了女(nv)(nv)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)文化素養。
